Behavior Analysis on PLN Mobile Users Using UTAUT Method

The advancement of information technology is currently accelerating in all aspects life. presence technology, which constantly evolving, makes it easier for users to use systems. Technological advancements show that not required businesses or organizations. PT. PLN (Persero) a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) the electricity sector controls, supplies, and serves community's needs. committed improving services customers. provides innovation form Mobile Application improve electrical services. with up-to-date on services, allows them register independently based their needs, calculates costs. This research aimed identify behavioral factors influencing users' acceptance Application. UTAUT model was used research, modified seven variables: performance expectation, effort social influence, facilitating conditions, trust, quality, Intention. Sampling using Probability Technique, Random as sampling type. sample size 400 respondents from Surabaya City who have SEM-PLS SmartPls 3 software were analyze data. According finding, Behavioral Intention user behavior Performance Expectancy, Effort Facilitating Conditions, Social Influence (p-value 0, 05). In contrast, Trust Information Quality had no positive insignificant effect
